
French Toast

2 eggs
½ cup milk
¼ tsp cinnamon
20g butter
4 slices Ploughmans bread
To serve
Strawberries, blueberries, green kiwifruit
Runny honey to drizzle
Method
- Whisk together the eggs, milk and cinnamon.
- Preheat a frying pan to medium.
- Melt the butter until almost frothy.
- Dip a piece of bread at a time into the egg mixture, then cook it in the pan for 3 or 4 minutes on each side until golden.
- Serve with chopped fruit and a drizzle of honey.
